An Efficient Two-State Feature Attention-Based GRU for Text Classification Dhurgham Ali Mohammed Alhasani, Kalyani A. Patel Informatica Slovenia, 2025 Text classification has become crucial for mechanically sorting documents into specific categories. The goal of classification is to assign a predefined group or class to an instance based on its characteristics. To attain precise text categorization, a feature selection scheme is employed to categorize significant features and eliminate irrelevant, undesirable, and noisy ones, thereby reducing the dimensionality of the feature space. Many advanced deep learning algorithms have been developed to handle text classification drawbacks. Recurrent neural networks (RNNs) are broadly employed in text classification tasks. In this paper, we referred to a novel Two-state GRU based on a Feature Attention strategy, known as Two-State Feature Attention GRU (TS-FA-GRU). The proposed framework identifies and categorizes word polarity through consecutive mechanisms and word-feature capture. Furthermore, the developed study incorporates a pre-feature attention TS-FA-GRU to capture essential features at an early stage, followed by a post-feature attention GRU that mimics the decoder’s function to refine the extracted features. To enhance computational performance, the reset gate in the ordinary GRU is replaced with an update gate, which helps to reduce redundancy and complexity. The effectiveness of the developed model was tested on five benchmark text datasets and compared with five well-established traditional text classification methods. The proposed TS-FA-GRU model demonstrated superior performance over several traditional approaches regarding convergence rate and accuracy. Experimental outcomes revealed that the TS-FA-GRU model achieved excellent text classification accuracies of 93.86%, 92.69%, 94.73%, 92.46%, and 88.23 on the 20NG, R21578, AG News, IMDB, and Amazon review dataset respectively. Moreover, the results indicated that the proposed model effectively minimized the loss function and captured long-term dependencies, leading to exceptional outcomes when compared to the traditional approaches
An Efficient EHR Secure Exchange Among Healthcare Servers Using Light Weight Scheme Aqeel Adel Yaseen, Kalyani Patel, Abdulla J. Aldarwish, Ali A. Yassin Iraqi Journal for Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 2025 This work addresses the critical need for secure and patient-controlled Electronic Health Records (EHR) migration among healthcare hospitals' cloud servers (HHS). The relevant approaches often lack robust access control and leave data vulnerable during transfer. Our proposed scheme empowers patients to delegate EHR migration to a trusted Third-Party Hospital (TTPH); which is the Certification Authority (CA) while enforcing access control. The system leverages asymmetric encryption utilizing the Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA), EEC and ECDSA added robust security and lightness EHR sharing. Patient and user privacy is managed due to anonymity through cryptographic hashing for data protection and utilizes mutual authentication for secure communication. Formal security analysis using the Scyther tool and informal analysis was conducted to validate the system's robustness. The proposed scheme achieved EHR integrity due to the verification of the communicated HHS and ensuring the integrity of the HHS digital certificate during EHR migration. Ultimately, the result achieved in the proposed work demonstrated the scheme's high balance between data security and accuracy of communication, where the best result obtained represented 7.7/ ms as computational cost and 1248 /bits as communication cost compared with the relevant approaches.

This paper is helpful to understand about social neuroscience, Translation, speech to text, NLP levels, challenges and Applications of NLP. Deaf and Dumb people of Gujarat use a Gujarati Language as a speech or sign language, therefore there is a need of translating English to Gujarati to help the people to understand the context of the language.Translation of study findings must be done carefully in order to enable the impact of neuroscientific insights on our everyday lives Deaf and Dumb people use Sign Language for communication, as Normal peopleuses a Speech So This paper includes various sign language and speech recognition module for converting Speech -> text -> sign. It includes Speech recognition API like apiai, assemblyai, google-cloud-speech, pocketsphinx, SpeechRecognition, watson-developer-cloud and wit. It represents the development and testing of speech to text and text to speech mechanism with python code. Translation of study findings must be done carefully in order to enable the impact of neuroscientific insights on our everyday lives. It implements English speech by speech recognition API and translates in a Gujarati text. This paper analyze the Precision, Accuracy and Recall on speech to text Datasets. It gives 96% Precision, 83% Recall and 83% Accuracy.
