The project aims to analyze aspects of the teacher-curriculum materials relationship that imply professional teacher knowledge in Mathematics. Specifically, with this project we intend to (i) investigate to what extent teachers' resources and curriculum materials imply professional teacher knowledge; (ii) understand how teachers interpret and make use of a variety of types and designs of curriculum resources; (iii) analyze beliefs, conceptions and knowledge expressed by teachers when evaluating curriculum materials; and (iv) theorize about professional teacher knowledge from the teacher-curriculum materials relationship.
