He retired after leaving the Turkish Armed Forces in 2018. Later, he worked as an accounting and finance specialist in an accounting office in Ankara between 2018-2021, as an IT Manager and Export Coordinator in a Consulting firm in Istanbul between 2021-2022, and as a warehouse manager at MEKA Beton Santralleri company between 2022-2023. and worked as a materials 2023, he completed his doctorate program at Anadolu University Social Sciences Institute Labor Economics and Industrial Relations program and received the title of Doctor.
He continues his academic studies (Labor economics and industrial relations, social policy, disadvantaged groups, regional development and regional studies, labor law and social security law, occupational health and safety, labor relations, project management, process and configuration management, supply chain management and interdisciplinary enterprise resource planning) on his subject as a independent researcher in his fields.
