Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) operating in dense urban environments are characterized by highly dynamic topology, fluctuating traffic conditions, and stringent latency requirements, which significantly complicate reliable data routing and packet forwarding. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an Intelligent Fuzzy Protocol (IFP) for adaptive vehicle-to-vehicle data routing under uncertain and rapidly changing traffic scenarios. The proposed protocol integrates fuzzy logic decision making with the real-time vehicular context, including vehicle velocity, traffic congestion level, distance to road junctions, and data urgency, to dynamically select appropriate forwarding actions. IFP employs a structured fuzzy inference engine comprising fuzzification, rule evaluation, inference aggregation, and centroid-based defuzzification to determine routing and forwarding decisions in a decentralized manner. To further enhance performance robustness, the fuzzy membership parameters and rule weights are optimized using metaheuristic techniques, namely, genetic algorithms (GAs) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). Extensive simulations are conducted using NS-3 coupled with SUMO under realistic urban mobility scenarios and varying network densities. The simulation results demonstrate that IFP significantly outperforms conventional routing approaches in terms of end-to-end delay, packet delivery ratio, and routing overhead. In particular, the optimized IFP variants achieve notable reductions in latency and improvements in delivery reliability under high-congestion conditions, while maintaining low computational and communication overhead. These findings confirm that IFP offers an interpretable, scalable, and energy-aware routing solution suitable for large-scale intelligent transportation systems and next-generation vehicular networks. - Bias and Fairness in NLP: Addressing Social and Cultural Biases

Microprocessor and microcontroller are the key in today computing, in view of the important of executing instruction in a system, the instruction execution time is critical for the system performance and the time is known as instruction execution time. Classical optimization in compilers uses heuristic or static scheduling rules that can hardly adapt for increasing complexity due to instruction-level parallelism, heterogeneity, and real-time constraints. In this regard, machine learning (ML) is an attractive solution, which has the potential to provide intelligent, data-driven instruction scheduling and compiler optimizations that can take cognizance of diverse hardware and software state. This work presents a new approach that utilizes machine learning in the compiler pipeline for instruction scheduling of microprocessors and microcontrollers. The primary goal is to minimize runtime by predicting best instruction sequences according to runtime behaviors of programs, the architectural features of the processor and instruction execution history. By viewing instruction scheduling as a learning problem, we can use several popular ML models like decision trees, reinforcement learning agents, and graph neural networks to analyze instruction-dependencies, predict stalls, and generate schedules that minimize pipeline hazards and maximizes the usage of the available CPU resources. The approach is composed of offline learning with models trained using numerous compiled code traces, and online adaptation where reinforcement learning methods adapt scheduling policies at runtime or during recompilation. Training feature vectors includes instruction categories, dependency kat verses, memory access sen patterns, and branch probabilities. The resulting ML-aided compiler outputs optimized intermediates to be projected to the target assembly instructions, given by execution latency and power efficiency for embedded domains. Performance evaluation over benchmark suites, such as SPEC, MiBench, and custom embedded workloads indicates that the ML based scheduling approach can lead to 20-35 % better execution time reduction compared with baseline LLVM and GCC compilers. Furthermore, we also notice enhancements towards the instruction level parallelism and the reduction in register pressure, specially on loop/and control-flow-intensive code regions. The ML models show good transferability across microcontroller families (such as ARM Cortex-M, RISC-V cores) with minimal retraining. This work highlights the innovation potential of AI-assisted compiler design, especially within the real-time and low-power computation domain. By combining classic compiler theory with machine learning ideas, the research opens ways to intelligent automate processor designing and embedded systems developing. The work not only makes progress in instruction scheduling techniques, but also demonstrates a general concept for autonomous compiler optimization, of great importance for the era of AI-driven and heterogeneous computing. - AN INTELLIGENT WEB APPLICATION FIREWALL FUZZING FRAMEWORK INTEGRATED WITH BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY FOR SECURE PAYLOAD ANALYSIS AND TRACEABILITY

Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) perform as a dangerous security component protecting web applications from various attack vectors. However, their effectiveness against modern evasion techniques remains a significant concern in cybersecurity. This paper presents an intelligent WAF fuzzing framework that incorporate blockchain technology for secure logging, traceability, and comprehensive analysis of payload evasion attempts. Our proposed system employs an adaptive payload gen- eration engine that utilizes machine learning algorithms to create modern attack vectors that target SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and command injection vulnerabilities. The framework conducts systematic fuzzing attacks against many WAF-protected sites while logging each attempt in an unchangeable blockchain record, ensuring tamper-proof audit trails. Through comprehensive experimental evaluation in 12 commercial and open-source WAF solutions using more than 50,000 generated payloads, our framework demonstrates superior capability to identify previously unknown bypass techniques. The integrated analytics dashboard provides a comparative real-time analysis of WAF effectiveness, allowing security researchers to determine protection gaps and understand emerging attack patterns. The results indicate that our intelligent approach achieves a 34% enhancement in evasion detection compared to conventional fuzzing methods while maintaining complete traceability through blockchain integration. The framework successfully identified 347 novel bypass techniques and achieved consensus validation with 99.8% accuracy across distributed invalidator nodes. - ENHANCING SUSTAINABILITY IN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS THROUGH PSO-BASED CLUSTER OPTIMIZATION AND ADAPTIVE SINK MOBILITY

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) represent a fundamental part of current Internet of Things (IoT) systems, allowing for constant monitoring in smart cities, the environment, and industrial systems. However, a fundamental limitation of these networks over long-term operation is uneven energy consumption and the energy-hole problem that arises around a static sink. To address these issues, this paper presents PSO-MSM, a sustainability-oriented communication protocol that combines multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and adaptive mobile sink mobility. The protocol optimizes cluster head (CH) selection and dynamically adjusts the sink’s trajectory through multi-radius circular paths to balance the forwarding load across the sensing field. Optimization is performed jointly with consideration of residual energy, intra-cluster compactness, and the proximity of each CH to the sink. This coordinated clustering-mobility design reduces long-distance transmissions, relieves hotspot depletion, and improves overall energy sustainability. Extensive ns-3 simulations demonstrate that PSO-MSM significantly enhances network lifetime, increasing the time to first-node-dead, half-nodes-dead, and last-node-dead events by 46% compared with LEACH, HEED, and PEGASIS. The protocol also achieves higher residual energy, improved packet delivery ratio, reduced end-to-end delay, decreased channel congestion, and significantly lower energy imbalance. These results indicate that PSO-MSM provides an effective solution for smart city and IoT deployments, offering reliability, reduced maintenance, and improved sustainability for long-term operations where these issues are a major priority. - Integrating Blockchain and AI for the Internet of Things: A Comprehensive Overview

Machine learning has been used for decades to analyze vast datasets, classify and cluster data, and make predictions using algorithms. One of its top use areas is cybersecurity, where it can help detect and prevent destructive threats such as malware. The use of machine learning in cybersecurity has proven to be a powerful tool in detecting and predicting malware attacks. In recent years, the number of Internet users has greatly increased and with it the number of malware attacks. This has made predicting malware a challenge. Consequently, to date, there is still a need to examine the numerous existing MLs’ performance. This study is presented to identify the best classification model for predicting malware using two datasets and 18 different classifiers belonging to six learning strategies. The results showed that the RandomForest classifier had the highest accuracy, precision, recall, F1-measure, and ROC Area metrics, Moreover, Trees and Bayes learning strategies showed the best predictive performance on the two datasets compared with the other five learning strategies. - An Innovative Mathematical Approach to Implementing Cloud-Based IT Infrastructure

The rapid development of medical practices and imaging technology tools creates substantial growth in the amount of medical image data each year in our present era. This research aims to develop a hybrid approach that integrates Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) techniques to enhance the accuracy and reliability of medical image classification for diagnostic purposes. Medical imaging data complexity and growing volume serve as the research motivation, which leads to an investigation of standalone ML or DL limitations and their combination into a single framework. The medical image processing starts with normalization, then noise reduction, and continues to grayscale conversion before performing histogram equalization. This research uses VGG16 and ResNet50 alongside MobileNet and InceptionV3 for feature extraction, then applies ten different ML algorithms, including SVM and MLP, and Ran-dom Forest, for classification. Five public medical image datasets from Kaggle are used: COVID-19 chest X-rays, melanoma skin lesions, pneumonia chest X-rays, acute stroke facial images, and various eye diseases. Hybrid models display superior performance compared to stand-alone ML or DL models based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score evaluation measures. Multiple datasets demonstrate that the MobileNet+MLP combination de-livers the most accurate results, which demonstrates its reliable and efficient performance. The developed AI diagnostic tool presents a scalable system alongside accuracy and interpretability to enhance clinical decision outcomes. - Breast Cancer Classification Using Deep Feature Extraction and Machine Learning
