Govindaraj Kamalam Dinesh
Dr. G K Dinesh (Govindaraj Kamalam Dinesh) is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Sciences at the College of Agriculture, Central Agricultural University, Iroisemba, Imphal, India, under the Government of India. He holds a PhD in Environmental Science from ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, where he ranked 5th nationally and received the IARI Ph.D. Senior Research Fellowship. He is a ‘Young Advantage Fellow’ from the Institute of Biosciences, USA, and an honorary Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia. Dr. Dinesh earned his Bachelor’s in Agriculture from Annamalai University and Master’s in Environmental Science from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, with a fellowship from the TNAU-Private Industrial Agency Scheme. His research focuses on carbon sequestration, agroecology, climate-smart agriculture, and ecosystem services, with over 30 peer-reviewed publications, 15+ book chapters, 70+ articles, 200+ citations, and an h-index of 8.
