  • Intelligent IoT-Driven Predictive Maintenance in Industrial Automation Using EfficientDet with Residual Attention Network
Banothu Krishna, S. Maruthuperumal, Ramesh G
2025 IEEE International Conference on Communication Networks and Computing Cnc 2025, 2025
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a platform that enables regular tasks and creates a connection between humans and objects. Real-time visual data analysis for improved monitoring, quality control, and preventive maintenance is rendered achievable by industrial automation and predictive maintenance. By monitoring production processes, identifying flaws, and anticipating possible equipment breakdowns, this technology make usage of cameras and image processing algorithms, which enhances productivity, decreases downtime, and improves product quality. It is occasionally very challenging to integrate modern automation and predictive maintenance solutions with older technologies and a variety of equipment from different manufacturers. It can be complicated to maintain dependable and secure network access for real-time data transmission and processing, particularly in remote or demanding circumstances. To overcome these difficulties, an effective IoT-based image processing and predictive maintenance model are developed with the support of deep learning model. Initially, Real-time image data captured through IoT-enabled cameras. Then, the collected images are passed to the EfficientDet with Residual Attention Network (EDet-RAN) for performing the defect detection, anomaly classification, and machine condition monitoring. The proposed EDet-RAN aims to reduce unplanned downtimes, optimize equipment performance, and improve manufacturing quality through intelligent visual inspection, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making. In addition, the EDet-RAN enhances the efficiency of industrial automation by enabling intelligent visual inspection for identifying defects such as surface cracks, component misalignments, or thermal anomalies. In order illustrate the effectiveness of the established model; the analysis is completed utilizing benchmark methodologies.
  • Integrated Deep Learning Models of Residual Attention Network with Recurrent Neural Network for Accurate Facial Recognition and Emotional Detection
    Srinivas B, S. Maruthuperumal, Dr. Ramesh G
Proceedings of 5th International Conference on Ubiquitous Computing and Intelligent Information Systems Icuis 2025, 2025
One of the difficult tasks in the research field of social communication is detecting human emotions from images. These days, face recognition approaches are very useful for applications like home security, criminal identification, and phone unlocking systems. Face recognition technology is one of the popular tasks under the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) field. In order to capture the nano and micro facial emotions, automatic facial emotion detection models are needed. Most of the traditional models do not focus on the subtle facial landmarks and miss the contextual elements needed for precise face as well as emotion recognition. Thus, this paper proposes an automated model of facial recognition and emotion detection using a deep learning approach. Initially, the required input images are collected from the benchmark datasets. Secondly, the person is identified by face recognition using the Residual Attention Network (RAN). Finally, the human emotions are detected through RAN with a Recurrent Neural Network (RAN-RNN) model. This integral model leverages the strength of both networks to ensure robustness, processing the sequence of features over time, and detecting the emotion significantly. Once the recognition and detection are done, the proposed model obtained an accuracy of 95.72%, which represents the supremacy of the proposed system.
  • Geo-demographic Determinants of Brand Choice: An Analysis of Urban and Rural Consumers in Telangana
    Padma. A, N. Suman Kumar, D. Srinivas, Ramesh G
Icrteect 2025 2nd International Conference on Recent Trends in Electrical Electronics and Computing Technologies, 2025
This research shows how consumers in the city and rural areas in Telangana, India accept COSMETIC products based on brand attributes and geo-demographic factors. As people become more concerned with skincare and health care, the choice of the brand has become one of the major factors of purchasing behaviour. This study examines the nature of variables (brand consciousness, brand name and brand loyalty) in consumer decision making. Based on the descriptive research design and the primary data obtained with 678 participants with the help of a structured questionnaire, the study uses SPSS to prove the existence of specific hypotheses by conducting the statistical test. The results indicate that age, gender, income, marital status and education is a demographic variable that significantly affects consumer build and brand loyalty in Young Generation 15 to 25 age group. The findings are used to emphasize the role of branding strategy in market positioning and building long-term customer relationships in various consumer segments. The findings do not delve into the contribution of lifestyle, personality values psychographic variables in consumer-brand relations. This study can be expanded in future, through incorporation of psychographic profiling into geo-demographics to create a complete description of the consumer behaviour in terms of brand selection.
  • The Future of Content Marketing: AI, Virtual Reality, and Changing Consumer Behavior
    Padma. A, N. Suman Kumar, D. Srinivas, Ramesh G
Icrteect 2025 2nd International Conference on Recent Trends in Electrical Electronics and Computing Technologies, 2025
Content marketing is a new necessity in the trendy world of the digital era, which promotes consumer interaction and development of brand loyalty. With the current E-revolutionary technological era, content marketing has become one of the most important instruments of instigating consumer relations and formation of brand loyalty. The current paper examines the origin and strategic significance of the content marketing aspect and its psychological foundations as well as its practical examples. The paper explores the role in which story-telling could be used in consumer behavior, emotion, memory and decision-making, and breaks down key aspects that make a good brand-story like, character, conflict, resolution, authenticity, emotional connection, and value-add. Various content such as blogs, podcasts, videos, and infographics are also presented and means of maximizing the content through visual and interactive storytelling techniques. The paper discusses the concepts of content distribution and promotion, such as using social media, optimizing search engine (SEO), teaming up with influencers, and collaborating with communities. The KPIs and data analytics help to efficiently analyze the effectiveness of the content marketing that is provided to the companies that were able to reach outstanding outcomes through data-driven content strategies. The paper also addresses the new phenomenon, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), and the changes the new technologies can impose on content production, as well as how they can alter consumption of the same. This analysis has shown in this paper that content marketing can be a revolutionary factor in the brand and consumer dynamics evolution and that novel concepts about the means of storytelling ought to be created on a regular basis to remain abreast with the modern digital economy.

Icrteect 2025 2nd International Conference on Recent Trends in Electrical Electronics and Computing Technologies, 2025
This paper will examine the relationship between consumer preference on fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products in both urban and rural areas in Telangana, India, and the brand attributes and geo-demographic variables. This has been as the consumers are taking health maintenance more into consideration in their consumer behavior, and brand choice has become a factor of significant influence in the consumer buying behavior. This study examines the influence of variables, brand consciousness, brand loyalty, price, and emotional connection on consumer choices. The study uses SPSS to support the testing of appropriate hypotheses based on statistical results in relation to the applied qualitative and quantitative research method design, and primary data gathered using Likert 5point scale structured questionnaire through 230 respondents. Results indicate that demographic factor, which includes age, gender, income, marital status, and education, plays a significant part on the decision of consumers to buy products or services. These findings demonstrate the significance of brand attributes and the effect they have on consumer behavior and creation of branding strategies to create customer relationships with various consumer segments.
