Investigation of dielectric study of Bi2Sb3:Te materials Reena Panchal, Maunik Jani, S. M. Vyas Ferroelectrics, 2023 By using a compression technique and a pelletizer, a Tellurium (Te) doped Bismuth Antimony (BiSb) sample in the form of pellet has been formed. Stoichiometric proportions of the materials (Bi, Sb, and Te) were calculated for the manufacture of pellets Bi2Sb(3-x):Tex (X = 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3). A precision LCR meter was used to measure the dielectric characteristics of Bi2Sb(3-x):Tex (X = 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) pellets (BULK) in the frequency range of 20 Hz to 2 MHz at room temperature. Using Primary collected data, Dielectric loss, Dielectric constant, AC conductivity, and Real & Imaginary Electric modulus have been studied. All of these characteristics have been used to look at various ways that dielectric spectroscopy works.

Quenching Effect on Mechanical Properties of In2Se2.7Sb0.3 Single Crystal , Piyush J. Patel, Sandip M. Vyas, , Vimal A. Patel, , Himanshu Pavagadhi, , Ravi Varasada, , Maunik P. Jani, and Journal of Nano and Electronic Physics,

Jani Aip Conference Proceedings, 2020 The complex relative dielectric function ε*(ω) = ε′ - jε″ of binary mixture of ADP material with pure water at varying concentration have been measure using the VNA in the frequency range 200MHz to 20GHz at room temperature (303.15K). The electrical or dielectric properties are represented in terms of complex relative dielectric function ε*(ω), complex electrical conductivity σ*(ω), Complex electric modulus M*(ω) and complex impedance Z*(ω). All these properties are used to elaborate the various processes contributed in the dielectric properties of the mixture of ADP and pure water. Effect of different concentration variation and different temperature of binary system are discussed in detailed.
