Manisha Tripathi is currently pursuing research at Dayanand Girls P.G. College, Kanpur(affilated with C.S.J.M.University Kanpur). Her doctoral research focuses on the impact of the mother's role in shaping the personality traits of school going children. Her academic interest lie at the intersection of family Sociology and Child development, with a specific emphasis on maternal influence as a critical determinat of a child's long-term emotional and social well being. Through her research, she aims to develop evidence- based perspectives on nurturing environments that promotes holistic development in children.
