I am an academician and researcher specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. My research primarily focuses on organizational politics, power dynamics, job satisfaction, job stress, and employee performance within both public and private sector organizations. Over the years, I have contributed several empirical and conceptual research papers to reputed national and international journals.

My major research contributions include:
