Personality Computing is a field at the intersection of Personality Psychology and Computer Science. Started in 2005, research in the field utilizes computational methods to understand and predict human personality traits. The expansion of the field has been very rapid and, by analyzing digital footprints (text, images, social media, etc.), it helped to develop systems that recognize and even replicate human personality. While offering promising applications in talent recruiting, marketing and healthcare, the ethical implications of Personality Computing are significant. Concerns include data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the potential for manipulation by personality-aware Artificial Intelligence. Retrieval-augmented generation systems integrate external information to mitigate hallucinations in large language models, yet existing multimodal retrieval-augmented generation implementations struggle with heterogeneous embedding spaces from diverse sources. This study introduces an adaptive multimodal fusion architecture that addresses the critical challenge of integrating embeddings from research models and commercial application programming interfaces with varying dimensionalities (ranging from 768 to 1,536 dimensions) and training paradigms. We propose a source-agnostic framework comprising lightweight adapters, cross-modal attention mechanisms, and learned confidence calibration. The system was evaluated on 20,000 multimodal samples across image, video, audio, and text modalities, demonstrating significant performance improvements. The architecture enables end-to-end training without separate pretraining steps while maintaining flexibility for pretrained encoders. Experimental results show 7.2% improvement in Recall@10 compared to single-best source approaches (82.4% versus 89.6%), with expected calibration error of 0.048, indicating well-calibrated confidence scores. The framework achieves graceful degradation with only 3.8% performance reduction when one modality becomes unavailable and maintains 81.3% of in-domain performance in zero-shot domain transfer tasks. <p><span lang="EN-US">One important source of bank income is interest income from credit activities, another part of which is obtained from fee-based income. Rapid credit growth is directly proportional to an increase in potential credit risk (counterparty default). In addition to comprehensive credit assessment at the initial stage of credit initiation, banks need to monitor the condition of existing debtors. Empirically, difficulties in handling non-performing loans often occur due to delays in detection and preparation of action plans. In this case, losses due to non-performing loans can have implications for the bank's reputation and worsen its financial performance. This research aims to determine the effect of sentiment analysis (external sentiment prediction model [positive, neutral, and negative] with certain keywords) on the level of accuracy of the early warning system (EWS) model in predicting the credit quality of bank debtors in the coming months. This study found that upgrading EWS with sentiment analysis will give better accuracy levels compared to traditional EWS models. In addition, the predictive power of EWS (traditional and upgraded) is inversely proportional to the prediction period, the longer the target prediction time, and the less predictive power of the EWS model.</span></p> - A Cost-Sensitive Hybrid Model of ALBERT Model and Convolutional Neural Network for Personality Classification

A tremendous amount of text data from social media activity can be used to extract information about a user’s personality, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The MBTI personality type is extensively used to identify individual traits, which helps to solve problems in human resources and mental health awareness. Nonetheless, constructing an effective model for classifying MBTI types that are insensitive to unbalanced data remains a major challenge, as certain types dominate the social media environment. The research proposes a hybrid classification model that combines the transformer-based language model A Lite Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (ALBERT) with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), leveraging cost-sensitive learning to address class imbalance. The model is trained on the PersonalityCafe dataset and evaluated across the four MBTI dimensions. Experimental results show that the proposed ALBERT+CNN model achieves an overall F1-score of 77.67%, outperforming baseline models such as Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM), and traditional CNN. When integrated with cost-sensitive learning, the model reaches an improved F1-score of 80.50%, surpassing the performance of oversampling techniques like Random Oversampling (ROS) and Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE). The exponential cost function proves to be the most effective in weighting misclassifications for minority classes. In addition to higher accuracy, the proposed model demonstrates balanced prediction performance across personality dimensions, reducing bias toward dominant classes. Low resolution image-face recognition system is one of the challenging aspects of face recognition models' development. From machine learning, deep learning, and into ensemble learning are implemented to develop face recognition models. Including mpdCNN that published by Mishra in a journal article. This mpdCNN already achieved 88.6% accuracy score on SCFace dataset while published. Based on literature review, ensemble learning model can be improved by modifying parallel layers. The purpose of this research is to improve mpdCNN's performance by implementing some modifications include adding parallel layers, alternating the fusion layers, expanding the layers, and adding residual connections. Some modifications were successfully improved mpdCNN's accuracy score. By adding parallel layers and residual connections into mpdCNN's architecture, the modified mpdCNN that proposed in this research achieved 92.33% accuracy score, measured by Rank-k evaluation metric. - Leveraging Machine Learning for Early Detection of Depression Based on Social Media Behavior

This research focuses on detecting depression from text based on machine learning algorithms. Depression is a mood disorder that negatively affects one's well-being. With the increase in depression cases worldwide, this research aims to develop an efficient method of detecting depression symptoms based on the words people post on social media. The research uses a dataset of raw text that involves cleaning phases, tokenization, and vectorization. Six machine learning algorithms are used to compare the performance of the algorithms in symptom detection of depression. They are Support Vector Machine, K Nearest Neighbors, Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Neural Network. The result of the research is used for comparison of the accuracy and efficiency levels of each of the algorithms. Experiment outcomes indicate that the Support Vector Machine model achieves the best result, with 0.910 accuracy, establishing its capability for detecting depression.
