Location based Energy Efficient Routing Protocol for Improving Network Lifetime in WSN C. Karthick, C. Kathirvel, C. Jeevakarunya, P. Deepa 2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems Icicacs 2023, 2023 Localization in sensor networks produces major impact to improve network lifetime of nodes Cluster formation and Cluster head election is the key criteria for increasing energy efficiency of network. In existing schemes, the focus on cluster and localization with multi-hop environment is not considered and balanced to attain stable network. In this research, a Dynamic Energy Efficient Localization model is explored to reduce energy consumption through geographical position of nodes. In this work, cluster region is formed with sever nodes and Cluster Head (CH)is elected based on significant parameters i.e., node energy, delay between nodes and distance between nodes. These parameters are maintained at threshold level to choose cluster head. Network topology is created with vertices to ease the deployment of node with most accuracy. Multiple paths are discovered to route the packets with the selection of reliable path and least route metric. Data transmission begins with efficient route establishment and localization of cluster members with most accuracy and least localization error. Simulation results are taken and analysed using Network simulator tool and network performance metrics i.e., location accuracy, delay, packet delivery ratio, throughput, packet least percentage was taken and shows the improvement in proposed model.
Design and Implementation of IoT based Dual Axis Solar Tracking System Venkatesh Kumar S, Kathirvel C, Deepa P, Mohan Kumar R Proceedings 2023 3rd International Conference on Smart Data Intelligence Icsmdi 2023, 2023 Web of Things (WoT) innovations, along economies of scale and advances in system, programming, and company improvements, have speeded up the blast of related items throughout the Internet. A related article may be managed on-line through an IoT level and may transfer, get, and procedure exclusive and modified parameters. This study has reported about the IoT improvements to advocate a primary and cost efficient IoT application to display and manipulate first rate single-pivot solar powered tracker to perform execution assessment. The proposed model includes pre-programmed alerts that can be sent to a remote customer via smartphone or e-mail. The proposed model is a low-cost and simple-to-use system and programming, as well as a web-based model. The design components of IoT include solar powered trackers. In addition, a version of IoT primarily based on fully solar powered trackers has been developed and tested. The results show how daylight-based tracker data can be sent successfully and correctly. This can be easily checked on the web, as well as how the solar powered trackers from the NodeMCU device. With the help of this proposed concept, the orientation of the solar power will be continuously monitored and tracked to improve the energy conversion efficiency.
Proposal and Execution of PLC based Controller for AC Coaches in Indian Railway R. Santhoshkumar, S. Suresh, B. Sridhar, B. Marisekar, P. Deepa Proceedings International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems Icaiss 2022, 2022 In this research paper the main concern is to develop a design process of PLC based controller for AC coaches in railway vehicles. Passengers travelling in railway are severely affected by penetration of air unpleasantly burdened with dust due to open windows. Considering a situation that a train travelling from Kanyakumari to Kashmir over 3715 kilometer should cross different atmospheric climatic conditions. In the recent report they says delhi is highly polluted state in the year 2021 due to this environment air is highly affected in this case the railway vehicle is crossing over a kilometer in the polluted place the atmosphere air will circulated inside the vehicle. In AC coach it may give advers effect to the passengers while inhealing the air it may affect the human lungs. Another is that humid country like India, the temperature level is varied from -10°C to 47°C based on the seasonal changes. In summer season AC of railway is, therefore, essential for the highest comfort and safety journey for the passengers. Hence, to satisfy the needs of the passengers Indian railway takes more attention in renovation and implementation of modern technology in controlling through automation. However the passenger requires consistent temperature inside the coach irrespective of the outside temperature. This entire air-conditioning system is controlled by mechanical relay contacts over three decades. This system has some demerits like malfunction of relay contact, system failure, wiring complexity. To overcome this problem a PLC based novel technology have been designed and implemented in railway AC coaches and a simulation model is also designed by using PLC software and the results are verified.
