    This paper proposes an integrated framework for strengthening Smart Grid cybersecurity through the combination of anomaly detection, standards compliance, and economic-mathematical modeling. Using the SustDataED2 dataset with anomaly injection scenarios, the Isolation Forest algorithm was applied to detect rare patterns of cyber intrusions in high-dimensional data streams. To ensure realistic calibration, empirical attack distributions were derived from recent industry reports, including Cisco Talos, Fortinet, IBM X-Force, and the Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report. Detected anomalies were systematically mapped to tactics and techniques defined in MITRE ATT&CK for ICS and aligned with IEC 62443-3-3 requirements, thereby creating a traceable link from technical observations to compliance obligations. In parallel, a risk matrix and an extended Gordon-Loeb-type investment model were used to optimize the allocation of resources between technical and organizational measures. The proposed framework enhances anomaly detection precision, increases resilience, lowers the probability of successful attacks, and improves cost-effectiveness of cybersecurity investments. These results provide actionable insights for energy enterprises and policymakers tasked with protecting critical infrastructures.

  • On general solutions of equidistant vector fields on two-dimensional (pseudo-) Riemannian spaces

    The paper is devoted to studying equidistant two-dimensional (pseudo-) Riemannian spaces. Embeddings of these spaces in three-dimensional Euclidean and Minkowski spaces as revolution or helical surfaces are given. The general solution of equidistant equations is found beyond these spaces under minimal requirements for the differentiability of the studied objects. These vector fields are associated with Killing vector fields on those spaces.

    We study a partial case of canonical almost geodesic mappings of the first type of spaces with affine connection that preserve Weyl projective curvature tensor and certain other tensors. Main equations under consideration are reduced to a closed Cauchy system type in covariant derivatives. Therefore a general solution to these equations depends on a finite number of constants. We submit an example of above mappings between flat spaces. We establish that projective Euclidean and equiaffine spaces form closed classes of spaces with respect to these mappings.
