International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Scope, 2025
Currently, mobile access is rapidly increasing across the globe. Mobile services have expanded from simple voice calls to advanced financial transactions. Banks and non-banking enterprises facilitate facilities. Mobile banking services offer consumers a wide range of convenient facilities to consumers. The current study focuses on the elements of efficiency, cost, regulatory support, relative advantage, and responsiveness that impact customer satisfaction with mobile banking services of Indian public sector banks in Telangana. In this investigation, a structured questionnaire and measurement items were adopted, and the survey was conducted in selected Telangana cities using stratified random sampling. A convenience sampling method was adopted for choosing the data collection areas in India. The current study used primary data from 262 respondents to test hypotheses, perform model path analysis and model fitting, and evaluate the validity and reliability of the data. The study outcome revealed that, convenience on customer satisfaction was not significantly impacted. However, the moderation analysis, which considers the costs related to mobile use, shows positive significance. Public sector banks should place a high premium on developing more user-friendly and accessible mobile banking applications and integrating financial services. By improving mobile banking and simplifying app navigation, banks can leverage convenience to increase customer satisfaction.

International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Scope, 2025
The use of e-commerce is growing daily all over the world. Risk perception and e-commerce management are enhanced by technological advancements. Review analysis examines how risk management and perception have evolved in ecommerce. The bibliometric analysis of the study used Scopus metadata from 1995 to 2023. The meta-data retrieval procedure takes into account the inclusion and exclusion procedures. This study investigated a literature progress status, identified the leading contributor to the production of literature. In addition, review investigation can observe cluster analysis based on keyword occurrences using VosViewer. An annual review of research output from 2004 shows a significant rise, with substantial peaks in 2010 and 2011, suggesting rising concerns and complexity regarding ecommerce threats. The overall trend, driven by evolving digital transaction challenges, demonstrates a consistent academic interest in the subject, notwithstanding changes. The study includes geographical research productivity, regional perspectives, key sources, and many aspects of e-commerce risk management. With emerging economies like Brazil and Indonesia gaining traction, a geographical analysis finds China as the largest donor, followed by the United States, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and India. Well-known conferences and publications are valuable resources. The paper identifies seven topic clusters, respective of supply-chain risk, consumer trust, behavioural intentions, service quality, new trends, privacy concerns, and technological adoption. Dealing with these gaps will assist in defining ecommerce risks and guiding policies aimed at increasing consumer trust and digital transaction security. These results highlight research gaps, supported theories, and scholarly research problems.
  • SHG Women-Promoted MSMEs’ FinTech Adoption: Impact on Sustainable Financial Performance with Innovation Practices as a Mediator
Ramamurthy Bedaduri, Rajesh Mamilla, K. Reddy Praneeth
Financial Innovation for Global Sustainability, 2025
SHGs play a crucial role in developing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by providing microcredit to women living below the poverty line. Despite the significant impact of FinTech on MSME performance, SHG women encounter challenges in adopting these technologies due to limited technological knowledge and resistance to change within MSME management. This study investigates the impact of FinTech on MSME performance, as well as the relationship between FinTech adoption and innovation. Scholars conducted the survey across six mandals in Chittoor district, following a pilot study, using a structured questionnaire and simple random sampling. We assessed the validity and reliability of the data followed by path measurement and bootstrapping analysis to verify the hypothesis. Results indicate that FinTech adoption enhances sustainable financial performance and positively influences marketing and financial innovation, although these innovations do not directly support financial sustainability. Policymakers and development agencies should implement capacity-building programs to promote FinTech literacy and marketing innovation strategies, thereby improving operational efficiency, competency, and innovation practices for sustainable enterprise development.

  • X-Gen Women Entrepreneur Competence Behavior with Tech
    Ramamurthy Bedaduri, Rajesh Mamilla
International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Scope, 2024
Self-Help Groups (SHGs) are critical in empowering female entrepreneurs by promoting self-employment and economic prospects. These groups promote entrepreneur empowerment events and encourage members to adopt competitive behavioral norms. However, despite SHG aid, Generation X (Gen-X) women entrepreneurs have difficulties in adopting technology, reducing their competitiveness. This study investigates the influence of technology adoption on competitive behavioral practices among Gen-X women entrepreneurs within SHGs in India. Drawing on the Theory of Planned Behavior and Technology, a questionnaire adapted from prior research is utilized, employing a five-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with technology adoption as a moderator is conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data collection involves convenience sampling, with 230 respondents in the final analysis. The study initially assesses reliability and validity, then conducts path analysis, and finally employs bootstrapping via SMART-PLS. The results indicate that Gen-X women in SHGs demonstrate significant positive entrepreneurial competency behaviors, and similarly, the analysis on technology adoption moderation also shows positive significance. The study suggests that providing training and resources to enhance technology-driven entrepreneurship can promote gender-based social equity and inclusion. It underscores the importance of managerial and policymaker support in facilitating technology adoption among women entrepreneurs in SHGs, thus bolstering their competitiveness in the contemporary business milieu.

    Ramamurthy Bedaduri, Subhendu Kumar Pradhan
International Journal of Process Management and Benchmarking, 2024
This study focuses on analysing the self-help group (SHG) self-employed women of Generation X in terms of marketing, services, accounting, and strategy. The major goal is to utilise planned behaviour theory in the framework of AMOS structural equation modelling to get a thorough knowledge and evaluation of these entrepreneurial behaviours. Modification indices are used to assess the model's fit, and numerous metrics are used to assure the study's validity, including Cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), validity, and reliability. Path analysis is used to evaluate theories and look into how modification indices affect how well a model fits in AMOS. According to the research, Generation X SHG women business owners regularly participate in promotional efforts. The results emphasise the significance of understanding and supporting the commercial objectives of Generation X SHG women entrepreneurs. They also have important implications for future entrepreneurship research.
