BRAMHA GUPTA
I have perused my B. Tech (2011-2015) and M.Tech (2015-2017) from the Department of Civil Engineering, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, and Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad earning ‘Gold Medal’ and position of ‘Second Topper’ respectively. Subsequently, I joined as a Ph.D. scholar in 2017 under Professor Ashok Kumar Gupta of Civil Engineering, IIT Kharagpur, and has defended his Ph.D. thesis and awarded the degree in 2023. Currently, I am working as Institute Post Doctoral Fellow (IPDF) at Centre for Sustainable Water Research at IIT Guwahati. I have published 19 high quality research papers (Google Citations: 1346, H-index: 15, i10-index: 16) in top ranking journals in this field that include Environmental Research, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Chemosphere, Wiley Advanced Sustainable Systems, RSC Advances, Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering, RSC Material Advances, among others.

EDUCATION

I have perused my B. I have also been associated with many consultancy and research projects related to water and wastewater treatment. I also presented my research work at various national and international conferences. I also collaborated with experts from Rice University (Houston, Texas, USA), University at Buffalo (New York), LUT University (Finland), and University of Campinas (Brazil) to work on diverse fields including 3D printing techniques, physical chemistry, nanotechnology, photocatalysis, filtration, etc., during my doctoral studies.
