SMART CURVE GUARDIAN: REAL-TIME VEHICLE THREAT DETECTION Avadhoot Rajurkar, Owee Mirajkar, Satyam Mhetre, Harsh Mehta, Siddhi Mohol, Mithilesh Gandhe Iet Conference Proceedings, 2025 This study is about the development of a cheap AI powered unit that will monitor the blind spot of the road in real-time with the ESP32-CAM module. It is connected with a streaming camera of live images in which it sends data of frames to a server to identify the vehicles using YOLO (You Only Look Once) and categorize them into divisions of size and type using ResNet-50. The outcome of threat levels is obtained and is utilized to energize the dynamic warning system (of LEDs), which is kept at different speeds of LED blinking depending on the types of vehicles. It is the primary development to optimize data transmissions between resource-limited platform embedded systems and high-performance cloud models, to develop a hybrid intelligent system of transportation applications in remote areas with low infrastructure.

Ragu Nathan E3s Web of Conferences, 2024 Hydrogen production through electrolyzers is gaining considerable interest as a sustainable energy solution, particularly in the context of reducing carbon emissions and supporting the global shift towards renewable energy. However, the widespread adoption of hydrogen as an energy carrier is hindered by the relatively low efficiency and high costs of current electrolysis technologies. This paper explores various strategies to enhance the efficiency of electrolyzers, such as advancements in catalyst development, optimization of operational parameters, and innovative system designs. Additionally, it investigates cost-reduction approaches, including improvements in material utilization, integration of renewable energy sources, and economies of scale. A comprehensive analysis is presented, focusing on recent technological advancements, their impact on hydrogen production efficiency, and the potential pathways for making hydrogen a competitive energy solution in the market.
Investigations on homothetic and hybrid micro-textured tools during turning Inconel-718 Avadhoot Rajurkar, Satish Chinchanikar Materials and Manufacturing Processes, 2024 Amused with the blissful benefits of micro-textures, researchers consider it a promising option for improving cutting tool performance, especially during machining superalloys. Through this study, the machining performance of two homothetic and six hybrid micro-textured tungsten carbide inserts have been comparatively assessed while dry turning Inconel-718. Dimple and channel micro-textures were the two independent homothetic textures. Dimple and channel micro-textures with 0°, 45°, and 90° orientation angles and a combination of triangle, square, and dimples constituted six different hybrid micro-textures. Micro-textures were fabricated on the rake face of inserts using a Ti-sapphire fired, nanosecond pulsed, infrared fiber laser. Dimple and channel micro-textured tools at 90° texture angle on rake face performed exceptionally well. Improvements in average tool life, cutting forces, and surface finish have been reported. Adhesion and attrition were the predominant forms of tool wear. Chip morphology study revealed long helical and continuous but segmented chips.
