I have more than eight years of teaching experience in conventional mode and 5+ years in Open and Distance Mode. I served as Principal in Colleges of Education for more than seven years. I have received two awards and organized four international conferences and two national seminars. I presented more than 40 papers in both National and International Seminars / Conferences. I have authored five books, seven Self-Learning Materials, and edited eight books at International level, two psychological testing tools, and published more than 40 research articles in various peer-reviewed journals. I have been serving as editorial board member and reviewer in various renowned journals.
EDUCATION
I completed my M.Sc., in Zoology M.Ed., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Education at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India and qualified the UGC-NET in Education.
