Driver distracted detection using a new hybrid deep convolutional neural network based on Autoencoder Dhulfekar Dhurgham Hassam, Ayas Talib Mohamme, Arcelan S Sadiq, Baraa Yousif Salman Engineering Research Express, 2025 Driver distraction is a leading cause of traffic accidents and therefore requires automatic detection mechanisms. Deep learning-based methods, such as CNNs, have shown potential but are plagued by their high computational cost, feature redundancy, weak attention towards the most informative areas, and weak generalization. To counter these problems, we propose a novel deep convolutional network with the introduction of an Autoencoder-based feature dimensionality reduction, an Attention mechanism towards better feature selection, and Dropout layers towards better generalization. Convolutional Layers capture spatial features from driver images, and the Attention Mechanism selects the most informative areas corresponding to distraction behaviors. To counteract the problem of and make the model robust, Dropout layers are introduced during the process. One major contribuoverfitting tion of our Autoencoder-based Hybrid Deep Convolutional Neural Network (AHDCNN) is the introduction of an Autoencoder, which reduces the dimensionality of the extracted features and thereby avoids redundancy and improves computational efficiency. The classification process for distractions is finally carried out using Fully Connected Layers with a Softmax Classifier. Experimental results with the StateFarm dataset show the high accuracy with low computational complexity with our method, making it suitable for real-time driver monitoring and contributing towards better road safety.
Effect of continuous improvement of information technology applications on E-costumer behavior in social media Anaam Abdulzahra Meteab Webology, 2020 A continual improvement process is an ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes. Delivery processes are evaluated and improved through continual customer evaluation in the light of efficiency and effectiveness, especially for e-customers active on social media. For this and much more, studies highlight the importance of adopting technological applications to improve business and influence customer behavior. This study also investigates the effect of continuous improvement of information technology applications on e-customer behavior; the results of the experimental study are based on the samples of the social media users in Iraq. The model was tested through structural modeling method, and the results proved that technological applications should be adopted to influence e-customer behavior.
The impact of marketing information systems on brilliant financial performance in hospital industry Ahmed Mohammed Fahmi, Sajjad Mohemmed Atiyah, Arcelan S. Sadiq Indian Journal of Public Health Research and Development, 2019 During the past few years, there have been tremendous attempts among various organizations to implement the marketing information systems to improve their financial performance, in general, information systems are an important element to support the performance, however, to apply these systems it is necessary to be analyzed and evaluated. Accordingly, The aim of this paper is to identify the impact of marketing information systems directly on brilliant financial performance, after a brief literature review an applied study was conducted among physicians that work in private hospitals in Iraq. To this end a model of the relations has been developed to be tested by linear regression and structural equation modeling, the results showed that marketing information systems directly affect the brilliant financial performance.
