Biography
I am a is a distinguished academician, researcher, and academic leader with nearly two decades of experience in higher education, specializing in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior. I am currently pursuing Ph.D. in Psychology from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, Uttarakhand, and has successfully qualified the UGC–NET in both Psychology (2018) and Management (2024), reflecting my strong interdisciplinary grounding. Presently I am serving as the Head of the Department of Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) at JVM’s Mehta Degree College, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, a role I have held since 2017. In addition, I have been associated with the institution as an Assistant Professor since 2007, and earlier led the Department of Psychology for nearly a decade. My academic leadership extends beyond teaching, encompassing curriculum planning, examination administration, faculty coordination, and institutional quality initiatives.
