Dr. Violet Glady., M.Com., M.Phil., MBA., HDCA., NET., SET., is Working as an Asst. Professor in Stella Maris College. Currently pursuing Ph.D. in Periyar University as a part-time scholar. She has 8 years of teaching experience. Have Published 9 Papers in national and international journals. One article got published in Scopus Indexed Journal. Contributed a chapter in a book titled Issues and Challenges faced by Women’s. She has received Best Paper Award, Best Researcher Award, and Best Women Researcher Award.
