Biography

Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Tiwari is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and institutional strategist with more than fifteen years of progressive experience in Paramedical and Allied Health Sciences education. Renowned for his commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and student-centered leadership, he has contributed significantly to strengthening governance, accreditation systems, and research ecosystems in higher education institutions across India. He currently serves as the Director, IQAC and Student Welfare at AIPH University & KVGI, Bhubaneswar, where he leads NAAC-driven quality enhancement, strategic planning, digital transformation, and academic policy formulation. His leadership extends to curriculum development, institutional benchmarking, admissions oversight, and fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making and innovation. Dr. Tiwari has previously held senior positions including Professor, Principal, Head of Department, and Paramedical Coordinator
