Biography

Since 2010, I have been a professor in federal higher education, with a stint at the Federal Rural University of the Semi-Arid Region (UFERSA). I am currently a professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, assigned to the Department of Public Administration and Social Management (DAPGS). I am the coordinator of the Professional Master's Degree in Public Management at UFRN (2025-2027). I am the coordinator of the Academic Division of Public Administration at ANPAD (2024-2026). I was Vice President of the Brazilian Society of Public Administration (SBAP) for the 2016-2018 biennium. I led the State and Society Relations Theme in the area of Public Administration at ANPAD (2018 to 2020). I am the Leader of the Public Innovation Center at UFRN. I have experience in the area of Administration (teaching, research, and extension), with an emphasis on Public Administration.

Education

PhD in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2011), Master's in Business Administration and Rural Development from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (2007), and Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2005).
