Biography
Sudhakar Das obtained his PhD degree in 2017 in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), India and is currently working as a Professor in NIST Institute of Science and Technology (NIST), India. He is a life member of IETE and is a member of IEEE. He has published more than 15 papers in the journals of repute and has presented his work in more than 15 national/international conferences. His research interest includes modeling of homo/hetero-structure semiconductor devices to operate at high frequency for use in high speed VLSI circuits and communication engineering applications and fault diagnosis in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) and robust distributed estimation in faulty WSN.
