Biography
Dr.SUBATHRA CHELLADURAI , is a woman with ambition, She was graduated in Commerce from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai and completed M.Phil, M.A.Sociology, PGDHRM and M.Sc.Psychology and Ph.D in Commerce. Presently working as an Assistant Professor of Commerce in Pioneer Kumaraswamy College, Nagercoil, She has 18 years of Teaching and Administrative experience in Schools, Colleges and NGO’s. Having published more than 70 Research articles National and Internation level and Published 20 Books. She is a NLP Practicioner & Psychologist, Counselor and a Soft Skill Trainer , acted as resource person for National and International seminars and Conferences and had delivered several guest lecturers for Academic upliftment and Community Development. Dr. SUBATHRA CHELLADURAI, Founder President of a Trust named CAPE FORUM - YOU TRUST, Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadu.
