Biography

A UGC NET and TN SET qualified PhD Scholar looking forward to building a long term career as a faculty in Commerce while pursuing research works to provide quality education to students. Being a full-time research scholar has helped reshape my research interests in the fields of Commerce and Management, while the stint as a tuition teacher for 6 years has inculcated skills in handling students well. I find value in knowledge sharing and am passionate about teaching as it can considerably contribute to transforming lives. Since human resource is an important resource in any industry, I can easily connect my passion for teaching and research works in HRM, thus making significant contributions to the industries in specific and society in general.
