An enthusiastic and passionate leader with 20+ years of progressive experience in teaching, research, academic management, and operations. A self-motivated, committed individual with good communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in the field of academia. I have not only led, developed, and motivated teammates to achieve defined goals but also took ownership to led innovative initiatives for simplifying the process.
