Biography
Sharmila Queenthy.S is currently an Associate Professor at Department of Chemistry, Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai. Prior to her recent appointment, she was an Assistant Professor in Chemistry at Waljat College of Applied Science, Oman. Dr. Queenthy received her M.Sc. Chemistry degree in 1996 at Mangalore University, Karnataka, M.Phil Chemistry degree in 2000 at Madras University, Chennai and Ph.D Chemistry in 2016 at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tamil Nadu, India and additionally she have completed B.Ed & M.Ed degree. She has 15years of research experience. The main research activity is devoted to study the beneficial effects of natural products in myocardial infarction. She has published 8 research papers in peer-reviewed International journals and participated in several high profile conferences.
