Biography

Dr.K.Santhana Lakshmi, has born on 27th April 1976, at Chengalpattu, Tamilnadu, India, a member of Faculty of Management SRMIST, is a graduate (BA in 1997) at Madras University, Post Graduate (MA-1999) in Public Administration at Madras University, (M.Phil-2000) Public Administration at Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, (MBA – 2005) in the field of HRM & System at Anna University and (MLM – 2013) MLM at Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamilnadu, She obtained Doctorate in HR-Management by 2015 in SRM University, Tamilnadu, Chennai, her research title is ‘Work life balance of female nurses in Tertiary Private Hospitals, Chennai district’. She has been teaching and Legal Aspects of Business courses to post graduate Management and engineering students for the last 15 years. Her subject expertise is in the area of Legal Aspects, Entrepreneurial Development, Creativity & Innovation, Strategic Management, HRM, Industrial Relations, Business History and Business Ethics.
