Biography
Dr Sanjay K Deshpande is a Management faculty resource with 17 years of experience in teaching and consultancy has done his, PhD in the area of evaluation of Soft Skills Training from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi Karnataka. He has a MBA Degree in HRM, and has qualified in UGC NET. He ialso a certified trainer from NSDC and Skill India. BOSCH certified trainer for Nation Building, Certified HR Data Analyst. His areas of Interests are Human Resources Management, Psychology, Training & Development, Tiger Conservation, Outbound training and Wildlife Management; He has conducted many training programs and offered consultancy programs to organizations like Gold’s Gym, SULA Wines, and has been “Awarded as “ Best Management Researcher” in HR stream and has Secured best research Paper awards on titles like “Challenges of Educating Rural India”, “Organization Development of Servocontrols, Pvt.
