Biography
Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science - Unesp Botucatu campus (1991), Residency in Large Animal Clinic (1992-1993) with specialization in Veterinary Neurology, Master's degree (1997) and PhD (2002) in Veterinary Clinic from FMVZ-Unesp. Postdoctoral research in Cellular Therapy at the Veterinary Institute for Regenerative Cures - University of California, Davis - USA. Leader of the research group at CNPq and teaching coordinator of the Academic League Interdisciplinary Studies Center on Cannabis - NEICANN - Unesp. Professor at the Department of Veterinary Clinic and the Postgraduate course in Veterinary Medicine (Capes grade 7) at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science - Unesp, Botucatu campus. He develops teaching, research, and extension activities in the areas of Veterinary Clinic, Veterinary Neurology, Cellular Therapy, and Cannabis.
