Biography

Experience in production planning and demand planning for large industries, such as 3M do Brasil and Suzano Papel e Celulose S/A. Worked on Lean Six Sigma projects, using statistical tools. Currently works as an adjunct professor in production engineering at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN, teaching courses in Numerical Methods, Statistics, Operational Research I, Operational Research II, Special Topics in Operational Research and Multicriteria Decision Analysis. Project coordinator in the area of ​​lean healthcare and coordinator of the HEII research group - Healthcare, Engineering and Industrial Innovation. Full member of the postgraduate program in production engineering at UFRN. Has been developing research in multicriteria decision analysis in the area of ​​health and services.

Physical Engineer, graduated from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar - 2006), Master's in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN - 2012) and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UFRN (2015) focusing on operational research and experimental design aimed at optimizing production processes in the healthcare area.
