Biography
Currently completing postdoctoral research in health management at the School of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (USP). Professor in the Master’s Program in Medical Law at UNISA. Editor-in-Chief of the Comparative Health Law Journal (UNISA) and Editor-in-Chief of the Electronic Journal of Electoral Law and Political System of the Electoral Judicial School of São Paulo (TRE-SP). Co-coordinator of the Research Center on the Fundamental Right to Public and Supplementary Health at the Escola Paulista da Magistratura (EPM). Member of the Working Group on Innovation in Genetic and Rare Diseases: Equity and Sustainability of the SUS at CIGEN – Integrated Center for Genetic Diseases of the USP School of Medicine. Professor in the postgraduate programs of the Escola Paulista da Magistratura (EPM) and the Electoral Judicial School of São Paulo (TRE/SP).
Education
Master’s Degree in Economic and Financial Law from the University of São Paulo (1997). PhD in Public Law from the University of São Paulo (2002). Postdoctoral studies in public policy, administration, and educational systems at UNICAMP/SP (2010).
