Biography

Dr. Ogunade is a Reader with a PhD in Comparative Religious Studies from the University of Ilorin. An awardee of Center for Theology and the Natural Sciences’ Science and Religion Course Program, GTU, Berkeley, USA (2001); Research Fellow, Association of Commonwealth Universities, Swansea University, Wales, UK – our Social Work Department is a major outcome of this Fellowship (2010/2011); Research Fellow, Fulbright Fellowship, Study of the United States Institute on Religious Pluralism, UC Santa Barbara, USA (June-August, 2011). Assistant Director (Operations) -2009-2011; Assistant Director (Administrative Matters)-2011-2012, Centre for International Education. Dr. Ogunade is both the Kwara State and the University of Ilorin Chess Coach, 1998-date. He is also the State Chairman, Kwara State Amateur Chess Associatio, 2012-date. He is currently on the Board of the Nigerian Chess Federation (NCF).
