A passionate professional with a blend of skills and experience in the domain of Education & Management. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor and a Program Coordinator at the Sandip University. An Alumni of Pune University (Home Department) and a Dual Post Graduate in MBA with Human Resources and Marketing as the core specializations. Ms JJ, is a life member of Many Academic & Professional Bodies like IARA, IAAC etc. She also has an experience and excellence certification in Training and Development with reputed Brands Like Taj. She has published research papers in International and Reputed Publications like SCOPUS and has also Published a Book on Entrepreneurship Development & Sustainability. Ethics and Morals in Management are her core values as she believes that ‘Life without a system, is just another disaster in the world.’ An enthusiast in the field of research and psychology. She is also a Reviewer at OA Academic Press.
