Biography

Prof Dr.Sharma has Strong academic background with ample extra-curricular exposure of Teaching, Research, Administration, Training and consultancy. Presently spearheading the efforts to accomplish the academic objectives and excellence of UEM Jaipur, as Head, School of Business Management. She is gold medalist from Sophia college Ajmer, completed her MBA and PhD from Banasthali Vidyapith. A prolific writer; Dr. Sharma has authored 4 Books and published more than 35 research papers in various National and International journals of repute. She is on the International Editorial advisory boards as a Member in International Peer reviewed journals. She received several awards for her outstanding academic achievements like Young Researcher Award , Best Academician of the year , Rashtra Srijan Shiksha Ratan for outstanding contribution in the field of Education Management & Research, Bharat Vidhya Shiromani Award for outstanding achievement in the field of Education, Best Educationist Award
