Biography

Pradipta Biswas (b. 1979, Howrah, West Bengal, India) received his BFA & MFA in Painting specialization from Department of Painting, Kala- Bhavana, Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan, India in the years of 2008 and 2010. Now he is a pursuing Ph. D candidate of Visual Arts from Amity University Haryana, India. His passion for painting developed a strong inclination towards art in him since his childhood. He is very passionate about to create artwork and teaching, that’s why he chose his carrier as an assistant professor in Fine arts & Design field. For him academic and art practice are equally important. As an artist Pradipta exhibiting his art work throughout the world and creating new language to contribute in art field. As an academician he want to make innovative, creative students and produce good quality research and contribute in the field of Art education. Pradipta has published research papers and articles in reputed National & international journals.
