Biography

Rafiat Ajibade Oyekunle is a Reader in the Department of Information Technology, University of Ilorin. She holds a B.Sc. degree from ABU Zaria, M.Inf.Sc. and Ph.D. Information Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Her research interests include E-business, Social Informatics, Information Systems, Internet Studies, Mobile Services and Data Analytics. She is a registered member of Nigerian Women in Information Technology (NiWIIT) and The Internet Society. She has published over thirty articles in reputable local, national and international journals, and has attended quite a number of academic conferences, trainings and workshops. She has many administrative experience to her credit including serving as the Head of Department for five consecutive years, she has also engaged in a lot of community services including Reviewer, External Examiner, Collation Officer (INEC), Resident Monitor (JAMB), and Associate Editor.
