Biography

My name is Luiz Luz, son of Mrs. Linda (In memoriam) and Mr. Carlinhos. I am married and the father of Diogo Luz and Nicole Luz. A Black man who carries a profound pride in his family. I remain an enthusiast of education and Human Rights. I am a doctoral candidate in the Graduate Program in Interdisciplinary Studies on the University (PPGEISU/UFBA), hold a Master’s in Scientific Education, Inclusion and Diversity from the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia (PPGECID/UFRB), and a Master’s in Education from the University of Santiago de Chile (USACH). I hold undergraduate degrees in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Salvador (UCSAL), Pedagogy from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS), and Law from Centro Universitário UNIRB.

Education

I work as a lecturer in postgraduate programs at the Federal University of Bahia and in private institutions, and I am also a permanent teacher in the Municipal Education Network of Salvador, where I serve as the principal of Helena Magalhães Municipal School. In parallel, I develop activities as a speaker, trainer, advisor, and consultant in educational institutions, contributing to the improvement of pedagogical practices and management strategies.
