Avik Banerjee

Biography

Dr. Avik Banerjee is a legal scholar and educator with expertise in Business and Corporate Laws. He completed his five-year Integrated B.A., LL.B. program from the prestigious University of Calcutta, Department of Law (Hazra Campus). After his graduation, he enrolled as an Advocate under the Bar Council of West Bengal and successfully cleared the All India Bar Examination. He holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Amity Law School, Amity University, Kolkata, where he was awarded the Silver Medal for academic excellence along with ‘Shree Baljit Shastri Award’ for best ‘human and traditional values’. Dr. Banerjee has qualified the UGC-accredited WB-SET examination and earned his Ph.D. in Law from Raiganj University (a State University in West Bengal), on the topic "Socio-Legal Study on Cyber-Bullying and its Impact on Teenagers in West Bengal: Efficacy of the Existing Legal Framework."
