Biography

Dr. K. K. Baseer is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at GITAM School of Technology, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India. He holds B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUH, Hyderabad, and a Ph.D. from JNTUA, Ananthapuramu. With over 17 years of academic and industry experience, his research interests include Data Science, Software Engineering, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain Technology, and Cloud Computing. He has filed 14 patents, with 07 granted (05 Indian and 02 International), and has published 45+ research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. His academic contributions also include one book and five book chapters. Dr. Baseer has actively contributed to faculty development by organizing workshops and FDPs, serving as a resource person, and engaging in research, IPR, and ICT-enabled pedagogy. He is a professional member of leading technical societies and a reviewer.
