Karen Spadari Ferreira

Biography

Graduated in Biomedical Science since 2002. Master's and PhD in Clinical and Toxicological Analysis from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the field of Clinical Analysis at the University of São Paulo (FCF-USP). Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at USP in the area of fungal immunology and molecular biology. I was the head of the Microbiology, Immunology, and Parasitology Division at UNIFESP - Diadema Campus, Coordinator of the Graduate Studies and Research Committee at UNIFESP - Diadema Campus, and currently, I am an Associate Professor IV at UNIFESP - Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences - Clinical Analysis Division. I served as Deputy Provost for Graduate Studies and Research at UNIFESP and coordinated the UNIFESP International Relations Office from 2018 to 2022. Currently, I am the Director of the UNIFESP International Relations Office.
