Biography
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at GGDSD College, Chandigarh, with 19 years of teaching experience. My research interests include Organometallics and the green synthesis of nanocomposites for wastewater treatment. I have completed a UGC-funded research project on anion receptors and have 12 international publications. I have been honored with multiple accolades, including the Award of Honor for Best Teacher by the National EduTrust of India and the Rashtriya Garima Award 2022 by Bhagwati Foundations for my contributions to nation-building. I have also received recognition from MGNCRE, Ministry of Education, Government of India, for my exemplary work in sanitation, hygiene, and environmental awareness. As an Environment Nodal Officer, I represented at the National Environment Youth Parliament 2022 at Sansad Bhawan, New Delhi, and was also honored as the District Green Champion for 2021–2022.
