Biography
Aqui está a tradução para o inglês: **English Translation:** He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1997), a master's degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Campinas (1999), and a PhD in Industrial and Technology Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2003). He is a full professor at the Institute of Economics of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Previously, he worked in the National Accounts Coordination Office at IBGE and at Mackenzie University/RJ. He has experience in the field of Economics, with an emphasis on National Accounts, Income Inequality, and Sustainable Development. He is a professor and coordinator of the Public Policy, Strategies, and Development Program (PPED) and a researcher with the Environmental Economics Group (GEMA).
