Biography
Graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine in 2006 from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), I completed my residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital das Clínicas of UFMG (HC/UFMG) in 2009. I finished my training in Clinical Oncology at the National Cancer Institute (INCA) in 2015 and obtained my doctorate in Clinical Oncology with a focus on breast cancer at the same institution in 2021. Currently, I am a clinical oncologist researcher at the National Cancer Institute and a clinical oncologist assistant at the Oncoclínicas Group. In 2022, I became a founding member of the Diversity Committee of the Brazilian Society of Clinical Oncology (SBOC), a position I hold to this day.
