Dr. Guru Aradhya is a distinguished academic and professional in the field of Management, currently serving as the Professor and Associate Dean in Atria Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Dr. Aradhya has held key leadership and academic roles across reputed institutions, demonstrating excellence in teaching, administration, and research. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, alongside an MBA in HR and Marketing, and has pursued additional certifications in data analytics, HR analytics, and case study writing from prestigious institutions like IIM Indore and IIM Trichy. Dr. Aradhya's expertise lies in areas such as human resource management, organizational behavior, and strategic management, with a passion for developing future-ready professionals.
