Biography

Dr. G Siva Kumar received a B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from G. Pulla Reddy Engineering College, Kurnool, India, in 2001; the M.Tech degree in Power Electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering, Hyderabad, India, in 2004; and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, in 2013. He works as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India. His research interests include power quality, renewable energy systems, multi-level inverters, and AC microgrids. Dr. G. Siva Kumar received the POSOCO Power System Award from the Power Grid Corporation of India and the Foundation for Innovative and Technology Transfer, IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 2013 for his research work. He is currently the Vice Chair (Interim-Slate 2023) of the PES/IAS/PELS Joint Chapter of the IEEE Hyderabad Section, India
