Lawyer. PhD degree in Law at Universidade de Caxias do Sul - UCS. Masters in Law at Universidade de Caxias do Sul - UCS. Professor in the Law Course at Anhanguera - Caxias do Sul - RS. Former Research Fellow at CAPES - MEC, Ministry of Education Brazil. Former Judge's Advisor at the Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul - TJRS. Member of the Critical Environmental Law Research Group (DAC) of the Postgraduate Program in Law at the University of Caxias do Sul - UCS - PPGdir UCS. Member of the Urban Law Observatory, rarising from the Research Group on Urban Law, Environment and Infrastructure - URBAIN, of the Postgraduate Program in Law at the University of Caxias do Sul - UCS - PPGdir UCS. She was admitted as a Visiting Researcher at the University of A Coruña UDC, Spain (2019) and at the University of Coimbra, in Portugal (2024).
