Reservoir geology, Petrophysics, Core analysis, Carbonate sedimentology and stratigraphy, Clastic sedimentology and stratigraphy, seismic sequence stratigraphy, outcrop sequence stratigraphy, digital rock physics
Biography
Geologist with industry experience integrating geophysical and geologic datasets to understand subsurface and assess risk and uncertainty. Abdulquadri works with integrated colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver well-set value-driven business priorities and inform investment decisions. He is strongly interested in reservoir development and management, reservoir modeling, and sedimentology. He has extensive fieldwork experience across continents and tectonic contexts in hard and soft rock geology. In his free time, he likes communicating geologic ideas, innovations, and concepts through scientific writing and presentations. His research transcends deep-water and paralic sedimentology, carbonate reservoir characterization, and diagenesis. Abdulquadri is a Fellow of the Geologic Society of London and participates actively in other organizations including AAPG, SPE, and NAPE.
Education
MSc, Petroleum Geosciences, IFP School, Rueil Malmaison, Ile-de-France, France. BSc, Applied Geology, Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA).
