I hold a strong academic background in Law and Systems Analysis, combining legal expertise with technological innovation. I currently work as a Technical Advisor in the Legislative Branch’s Systems Development division, creating technological solutions tailored to legal needs. I am pursuing a Master’s in Software Engineering at Cesar School and conducting research at CISSA with a focus on cybersecurity and technological innovation. My previous legal practice enhanced my critical analysis, logical reasoning, and ability to manage complex challenges. I specialize in full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, Docker, and PostgreSQL, applying agile methods such as SCRUM for efficient delivery. My goal is to bridge technology and law, transforming complex problems into practical, innovative solutions while continuously learning and contributing to responsible digital development.
