Biography

I am an academician and researcher specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. My research primarily focuses on organizational politics, power dynamics, job satisfaction, job stress, and employee performance within both public and private sector organizations. Over the years, I have contributed several empirical and conceptual research papers to reputed national and international journals. My major research contributions include: “An Empirical Study of the Effect of Organizational Politics on Job Stress of Government Employees of the Power Sector in Gujarat State” published in Emerging Technologies and Business Intelligence. “Review Study of Organizational Power and Politics and Its Impact on Employee Performance” published in Advances in Business, Management, and Technology. “Reviewing Organizational Politics: Positive and Negative Aspects” in the International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research.
