Biography

I am a Full Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Ceará (IFCE), where I currently serve as the Pro-Rector for Education. I hold a PhD in Education from the Federal University of Ceará (2016), a Master’s in Applied Computing (2008) from the State University of Ceará, and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (2001) from the Federal University of Ceará. Throughout my career, I have built a solid trajectory in the management of basic and technological education, with a specialized focus on innovation, curriculum development, and teacher training. I previously served as the Director-General of the IFCE Innovation Hub, where I led the strategic alignment between academic research and the productive sector to advance Research, Development, and Innovation (RD&I) projec
